Cleo had some painful bladder stones. Removing them would be expensive. That's where Frankie's Friends comes in. The non-profit foundation helps save pets in need of life-saving emergency and specialty veterinary care when their families cannot afford it. Cleo's family joined Good Day Tampa Bay to talk about how Frankie's Friends helped save their dog's life.
