“Marley was the sweetest soul companion to her dad and the rest of her family for 11 wonderful years, before leaving this world and heading into The Beyond.
Part horse, and part dog, with gorgeous long legs, Marley found her way through the world galloping joyfully whenever possible. She had a mind of her own, but you always knew what she was feeling by gauging the wiggle of her nub.When her dad was around, it was always wiggling.
No matter how much we spent on the most comfortable dog beds, Marley knew that the best way to sleep was hallway off the bed. She possessed a special talent for poking, prodding and punching pillows into formation, until they created the perfect nest, upon which she could awkwardly perch, just as she liked.
A true family dog, Marley wanted to be in the middle of everything, attached especially to her dad at all times. A stronger case of FOMO never existed. Cooking in the kitchen required acceptance of the little face that gently pushed between you and the counter. Giving a hug to a family member was impossible without becoming a group hug with Marley.
She had a big, deep voice, but the softest, gentlest touch of any dog ever. She knew her place—at her dad’s side—and she insisted on being there whenever possible. She gave more love than anyone thought possible, and made all of our lives richer and more precious with her presence and now, her memory.
We will love and miss you always, Marley.”

“Phil was truly one of a kind. Around our house we called him “Mr. Personality” because he always had a way of communicating exactly what he wanted. Whether it was food or wanted to go outside and jump in the pool. Phil made sure we understood him. He was funny, easygoing, and incredibly friendly. Phil loved being around people.

We brought Phil home when my twins were nine years old, and he was four months. He grew up right alongside them. He wasn’t just a pet, he was truly part of our family and the best dog a kid could grow up with. Thank you Philly for the best 10 years we could ask for. We miss you very much.

“Our beloved Kiwi Einstein passed away on February 14, 2026, Valentine’s Day, from a saddle thrombus (also called FATE), a sudden complication of underlying heart disease. In her memory, this donation will help other beloved companions who need life-saving veterinary care.

Kiwi lived a lively, loving life, full of affection and with a heart bigger than anyone could imagine. She was vocal and tender, showering her family with love every second of every day, head bunting, giving nose kisses, cuddles, and constant companionship. She was a healer, a pure soul, and our devoted spiritual protector.

“Ginger was the soul mate of my very best friend, Candace Zierdt.  She was a magnificent standard poodle who soothed law students in Candace’s office for many years and made friends wherever she went.  I love to tell the story of how she quite literally stopped traffic when I took her for a walk around my neighborhood when my husband and I were poodle-sitting for her while Candace was traveling.  She loved her little sister Scarlett (although I don’t think she wanted us to know how much), and she had a short-lived-but-sweet romance with my vizsla boy Olie.  Here are some of my favorite pictures of her. ”

Our family was small, and Sharon was especially close to her mother and grandparents. She also loved to see her neighbors and other people she had met at the dog parks.”

“Ferdinand was the beloved cat of Audrey Hornick Becker. His name fit his personality since he was peaceful, affectionate and loving. He was an ambassador cat, meaning he helped foster lots of other cats who came into his home. He loved to steal food and had the worst sneeze of any cat in modern memory. He was a constant and loving companion for 17 years and will be missed.”

“Pawl belonged to our dear friend Linda, a huge Beatles fan. When she died unexpectedly, our daughter Audrey took Pawl in. He was a gentle and sweet cat who loved being with people and his cat buddies Ferdinand and Bagheera.
When Audrey adopted him he had health issues and she gave him the best loving care a cat could want. Pawl felt loved and cared for until his untimely death on Monday May 13, 2024.

He was with us for far too short a time but was a loving companion. He will be missed.”

“It is with complete heartbreak I announce the passing of my pup Ruckus, AKA, my best friend, the sweetest companion one could ask for.

In October 2021 I almost lost him to Leptospirosis and was completely frantic as he was hospitalized for 12 days; mind you at Day 5, I made arrangements to put him down as his organs were failing him On Day 6 he showed the slightest improvement and continued to make strides to get home - how blessed was I to have shared another 2 1/2 years with him. Frankie’s Friends was the only organization to help me through this trying period. You see my vet charges $40 for an office visit - I was under siege mentally. Of course I found a way to pay them through credit cards but your help was never forgotten.
